Mr. Saulnier's experience in architecture includes all phases of design, contract drawings and specifications, cost estimating and construction contract administration. He also served as an on-site architect during construction of the A.A. Ribicoff Federal Courthouse Annex. Mr. Saulnier has been Project Architect for a variety of projects of differing building types. Recent projects include a new community center building for W.O.W. Neighborhood in Waterbury, the renovation and ADA upgrade of a 135,000 square foot classroom building at the Naval Station in Newport, RI, the renovation and addition to the periscope testing and repair facility at the Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT, five central ofice re-roofing projects for SBC and renovation of the First Baptist Church in Plymouth.
